Mohalabia Rice Pudding Vanilla Flavour Cortas 200g
Muhallabia (or Mohallabiah) is a milk pudding made from rice, sugar, rice flour and milk. The dessert is popular in Turkey, Syria, Lebanon and other Mediterranean countries.
How to Make Mohallabia?
In a saucepan, dissolve the contents of the pack in 4 cups of cold milk (800ml) heat slowly on cooker while stirring constantly until boiling. Once the desired consistency is reached, turn off the cooker and add one teaspoon of rose water and one teaspoon of orange blossom water, Transfer to a dessert bowl and let Cool. Serve chilled and decorate with pistachios, almonds and cinnamon powder.
Sugar (59%), rice (40%), natural vanilla flavour (<1%), creamy vanilla (glucose, ethyl vanillin).
