Returns & Refund Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a non-perishable item up to 14 days after you receive your order. You can do so by contacting us at: wecare@feedo.shop or send a message to one of our social media channels. We'll do our best to arrange for your return and refund. All we ask is that your returned products are in a re-saleable condition, with their original packaging.
If a product is sealed, please do not
remove the seal until you're sure you're keeping the item. When we get the item
back from you, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
If there are any perishable items in your
delivery that you're not happy with, unless there's something wrong with the
item, unfortunately we can't offer a refund for any perishable items if you
change your mind after the item has been dispatched.
If you discover that there's something wrong
with any product in your order, such as a damage or it's not as described,
please email us at wecare@feedo.shop or send a message to one of our social media channels stating your order number and
a short description of what the issue is, and we will be happy to discuss the
problem with you and guarantee full satisfaction.
Since we don't offer exchanges, you're
more than welcome to reorder any refunded item (subject to stock availability)
when you shop on FeeDo again.
